Lots of issues with AT&T - picture messaging, email, store...?

Hi,





I have a blackjack, but that doesn't matter because I had this same issue with my previous phone also. Whenever I try to access:


*internet


*email


*picture messaging (sending and recieving)


*audio/video messaging (sending and recieving)


*the store where you buy things like ringtones, pictures, etc.





I get an error. Does anybody else have this problem? How can I fix it?

My family and I have ben on AT%26amp;T for years. My dad works for a company that uses AT%26amp;T. We haven't had any problems. Try going into the store. If it doesn't work, they will hook you up with a new phone. Also, it could be the SIM card.
Reply:I have a Blackjack II and my phone has never done that.


But if it's still under warranty just call customer service and tell them that's going on and they should send you a new phone.
