I sent a picture from my camera phone to my email and when I dloaded it its a bin file.How do I convert it jpg

That's weird ... bin files are usually an image of a CD, and need to be converted to an iso file and if its music have a cue file associated with it. In other words, they're usally associated with audio or game CD's. Maybe go to www.download.com ... they might have some kind of extracter that would work.
