I want to send image IN the body of the email along with text. Is this feature ever going to be available, as it is in AOL. or "insert" picture?

emails I'm not sure if this works but for pictures you can just e-mail your phone. The simplest way to do this is to send a text or pix message to your email (just type it into your phone like you would normally) Then reply to the email. If you want to send a picture attach a picture to the email. if you want to send text i believe you just type the text in and send it. But I haven't personally tried it and I'm not sure if it works or if there is still a character cap on the message. I believe the phone address is something like "yournumber"@vzwpics.com or something like that.

and make the vertical and horizontal say 50% each
just make sure you stretch them the same amount !

How do I include a picture in the text of my email. before there was a box to click on. its not there now?

The first time there was a box on right side of my screen that said "include pictures in text" It is no longer there and I had to put the pictures as an attachment.

When you go to view your pic from email, you usually have 2 options (view or save). Choose "save" and then save it in your "My Pictures" folder on your comp. You will now have it to mess with and then you can upload it just like you did your old picture onto the net. Email me if you need help.

if you dont have any other programs, all windows computers come with Microsoft paint
you can open the image in Microsoft paint and go to
image %26gt; stretch/skew
and make the vertical and horizontal say 50% each
just make sure you stretch them the same amount !
this is a quick easy fix without installing nay additional software

It is not possible to paste a pic into the mail body when using Yahoo mail. Yahoo photomail once had this option, but the service was disconnected due to the shutdown of Yahoo photos. What is the best way to shrink a picture in order send it in a email ?
if you dont have any other programs, all windows computers come with Microsoft paint
you can open the image in Microsoft paint and go to
image %26gt; stretch/skew
and make the vertical and horizontal say 50% each
just make sure you stretch them the same amount !
this is a quick easy fix without installing nay additional software

Reply:You can either use a zip file or WinRAR. This method will compress the files.
You can also use Photoshop, or any other photo editing software (Including microsoft paint). First, open up the file, then press Ctrl+A, to select the whole picture. (The following works on adobe phtoshop, but i am not sure about the other softwares)
Then, select free transform tool, (Ctrl + T) hold shift as you drag the corners of the image, this will make the image smaller but the height to length ratio will still be the same.

Download and install the freeware IrfanView, it has many useful features, yet is extremely easy to handle. Once it is installed, open your pic with it, go to "image" in the top bar, click "change size", enter the desired size, also change the DPI (dots per inch) settings to 72, then save your pic as .jpg or .gif.

If you are using Outlook then you need to set up your POP and SMTP servers for whatever email service you are using, the free Yahoo mail service does not support POP and SMTP, you will have to upgrade to the pay service. If you are using the basic Yahoo email service then you should just be able to upload photos from your PC

Is it legal to post someone's picture, phone#, email address, place of work etc on the web without permission?
I recently came accross a website that was posting fake ads on an adult personals website under false pretenses, and then they bait the individual they are talking to into giving them pictures, phone numbers, and other such information and they then post thig information on their own website, declaring these people "perverts". They also will contact people's wives or husbands(if they are cheating) and bosses(if they use a work email address) and tell them about what their spouse or employee is doing online.
While I feel that it is a person's own personal business what they do online , and I find cheating wrong no matter what the instance, and I also find it foolish that people use work emails for that purpose, I still seem to have some issues with a 3rd party getting involved in such a situation, especially if the spouse of company is not involved initially.
Is it legal to post someone's picture, phone#, email address, place of work etc on the web without permission?

This kind of entrapment usually doesn't stand up in court even when it's done by law enforcement officers, so vigilantes shouldn't take it upon themselves, especially when adult personals sites are not illegal. I agree that people shouldn't cheat on their spouses or do this on company time, but this could just as easily hurt the career of some innocent single who was just curious. If there isn't a law against it, there should be.

The people who fall for this pitch are stupid to do so, but the use this website is making of the info is illegal. I suggest reporting it to authorities.
