How do I send a picture as an email rather then as an attachment?
The web versions of Y.Mail do not permit embedded photos and graphics. However, if you subscribe to Yahoo Mail Plus, you can use an email client program (like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) that does allow embedded images.

Otherwise, the only alternatives are to attach them or to subscribe to a photo sharing service and have your friends go to your photo page to view the pics.

Reply:For a while, Yahoo allowed the option of inserting photos into the email, OR attaching them. Must be that was a preview of the Options Plus service, I guess?
