well try downloading the picture 1st sounds like you're saving a file name instead of the pic, you can download the pic to your hdd or to your floppy as you choose the destination, if you're in yahoo and the pic is attached click on the file name and yahoo will scan it and then ask if you want to open or save, choose save and then a destination, if the pic is in the body of the message right click on the pic and choose save picture as and pick a destination
