What is the best way to shrink a picture in order send it in a email ?

i have nero and most programs on my pc but what do i have to do in oder for my bemail to come back and not say the file is to big ? thanks

if you dont have any other programs, all windows computers come with Microsoft paint





you can open the image in Microsoft paint and go to


image %26gt; stretch/skew


and make the vertical and horizontal say 50% each


just make sure you stretch them the same amount !





this is a quick easy fix without installing nay additional software

Reply:You can either use a zip file or WinRAR. This method will compress the files.





You can also use Photoshop, or any other photo editing software (Including microsoft paint). First, open up the file, then press Ctrl+A, to select the whole picture. (The following works on adobe phtoshop, but i am not sure about the other softwares)





Then, select free transform tool, (Ctrl + T) hold shift as you drag the corners of the image, this will make the image smaller but the height to length ratio will still be the same.
