How do I get the picture when i get an email with an x in the square in the right hand corner?
Tell the person who sent it they did it wrong. Maybe it's in a format that your computer doesn't understand, or maybe they sent a link instead of the actual file, or your antivirus software blocked the attachment.
Reply:Ask whoever is sending the picture to send it to you as an attachment.
