How do you fix the red x in a box insted of getting a picture in your email?

The picture must exsist in the location that the image tag within the HTML e-mail is asking for it. If it doesn't then you are SOL. This can also be cause if you are using an e-mail client such as Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook, or any others which hide images to keep you from getting more spam because loading these images can cause a call-back to the spammers that it is an active e-mail.
