I am trying to send a picture via email and it is asking me about an incoming mail server and outgoing email?
If you are using Outlook then you need to set up your POP and SMTP servers for whatever email service you are using, the free Yahoo mail service does not support POP and SMTP, you will have to upgrade to the pay service. If you are using the basic Yahoo email service then you should just be able to upload photos from your PC
