Someone sends me an email, with a picture enclosed, all I see is a small box with a red X and no picture.?

Each place where there is to be a picture there are only small boxes, each with only a red X. No picture appears.

Then let the person who sent you the email know. The problem is likely at their end and the images are in not a recognizable format. If it's not someone you know, then the very LAST think you'd want to do is open one of those images.
Reply:means it cant upload the picture . could be size, virus .. lots of things .
Reply:Mine does the same thing... I was told I have to down load the new Yahoo Email... So I am looking for the link to that as well.
