highlight the photo and right click on it... click on the "save as" icon and name it what you want.. when it asks you where you want to save it in your computer just hit browse and select your computers photo gallery.. it will save it right in there for you!!!
How do I download a picture from my email into my computers photo gallery?
well if its just a picture on the email page do what that guy says... if its an attachment, click on it and it should either say open or save.. save it to my pictures
